ATUM LVX Pte Ltd is a company under Yantara Jiro. These Terms of Use & Conditions apply to www.yantarajiro.com (the “Site”) and form the Terms of Use & Conditions on which we supply products services to you. Please read through the Terms of Use & Conditions prior to using the Site. Your use of the Site indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the Terms of Use & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use & Conditions, you are not authorised to access and use the Site, and you must immediately stop doing so.

If we need to contact you for service-related matters, we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you have provided to us in your order. "Writing" or "written" in these Terms of Use & Conditions includes emails.

2. Accessing And Using The Site

As a condition of your access to and/or use of the Site, you warrant that:

All information supplied by you on the Site is accurate, current and complete;
You are 18 years of age or older in order to access and/or use the Site; and
You will not copy or distribute any part of the Site in any medium without ATUM LVX Pte Ltd's prior written authorization.

You shall be solely responsible for your access to and/or use of the Site and its materials herein.

3. Your Obligations

You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the information remains true, current and complete.

You agree and undertake not to:

Use the Site for illegal purposes or other than in conformance with the acceptable use policies of any connected computer networks, any applicable Internet standards and any other applicable laws;
Impersonate any person or entity or to falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to or otherwise interfere or disrupt other computer systems or networks connected to the Site, interfere with another’s utilization and enjoyment of the Site, or use or upload, in any way, any software or material that contains, or which you have reason to suspect that contains, viruses, damaging components, malicious code or harmful components which may impair or corrupt the Site's data or damage or interfere with the operation of another customer’s computer or mobile device or the Site; and
Post, promote or transmit through the Site any information, graphics, photographs, data and/or any other material that contains any computer virus or other invasive or damaging code, program or macro; infringes any third-party intellectual property or any other proprietary rights; is defamatory, libellous or threatening; is obscene, pornographic, indecent, counterfeited, fraudulent, stolen, harmful or otherwise illegal under any applicable law; and/or is or may be construed as offensive and/or otherwise objectionable, in our sole opinion.

The Site being unavailable (in whole or in part) or performing slowly;

Any exposure to viruses or other forms of interference which may damage your computer system or expose you to fraud when you access or use the Site. To avoid doubt, you are responsible for ensuring the process by which you access and use the Site protects you from this; and

This exclusion applies regardless of whether our liability or responsibility arises in contract, tort (including negligence), equity, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.

You agree to indemnify us and hold us and our partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, and damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of:

Your access of, use of and/or participation in this Site;
Breaches of your obligations under these Terms of Use;
Your violation of any rights of another person or entity; and/or
Your breach of any statutory requirement, duty or law.

10. Suspension And Termination

Without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, if we consider that you have breached these Terms of Use or we otherwise consider it appropriate, we may immediately, and without notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Site (or any part of it).

On suspension or termination, you must immediately cease using the Site and must not attempt to gain further access.

11. Products

Prices and availability of the Products are subject to change at the full and absolute discretion of ATUM LVX Pte Ltd. You agree that the Products on the Site may be re-priced, withdrawn, discontinued, revised or amended at any time and at the sole discretion of ATUM LVX Pte Ltd.

12. Arcturus Quantum Healing® Courses (Cancellation & Refund Policy)

We do not offer refunds for cancellations after midnight three weeks prior to the course start date, during or after the course.

More than 3 weeks before course start date: Full refund less a $30USD admin fee.

Once class has begun, all payments and instalments are Non-Refundable.

The student needs to make sure to have adequate funds in place for the chosen payment method. Failure to do so will incur a late fee of $100USD.

Where a student is a ‘no show’, failing to attend and participate without a minimum of 3 day’s notice by email to infoyantara@gmail.com, you will automatically forfeit your course fee and we will be under no obligation to provide any further rescheduling.

Any exception is at the office's discretion on a case-by-case basis.

It is the student’s sole responsibility to complete and submit coursework on time. Students who fail to complete the meditation exercises during the timeline provided will not be permitted to proceed to stage two - Arcturus Main Course. Please note that NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE GIVEN.

NO refund will be provided to students who fail to complete the First Stage: Preliminary Mind-Disciplinary Meditations. You will be enrolled in the next available course at a recourse fee of $200USD.

Confidentiality provides privacy and safety within the group. Students must work within the guideline that all personal information about group members is confidential.

13. Revisions

ATUM LVX Pte Ltd reserves the right to revise the Terms of Use & Conditions at any time in such a manner as ATUM LVX Pte Ltd shall, at its sole discretion, determine.

All typographical and clerical errors in any quotation in the Terms of Use and Conditions or on the Site shall be subject to correction by ATUM LVX Pte Ltd.

14. General

If we need to contact you, we may do so by email or by posting a notice on the Site. You agree that this satisfies all legal requirements in relation to written communications.
These Terms of Use & Conditions, and any dispute relating to these Terms of Use & Conditions or the Site, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the law of Singapore. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms of Use & Conditions or the Site.
For us to waive a right under these Terms of Use & Conditions, the waiver must be in writing.
Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms of Use & Conditions, continue in force.
If any part or provision of these Terms of Use & Conditions is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as severed from these Terms of Use. The remainder of these Terms of Use & Conditions will be binding on you.

These Terms of Use & Conditions set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Site and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms of Use & Conditions. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Site that is not expressly set out in the Terms of Use & Conditions, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms of Use & Conditions.
